About the role
CultureMind is an Atlanta-based AI startup building chatbot solutions and AI-powered tools for children and families. We are looking for a confident and professional Virtual Assistant to help communicate with prospective and current clients, understand their needs, and support our team in client meetings.
This role does not require deep technical or AI expertise. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable speaking with clients, and have a basic understanding of technology. Our team will provide support and guidance during meetings when needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct 30–60 minute client meetings via Google Meet
- Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
- Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Help answer general questions about our services and workflow.
- Support client communication before and after meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Required skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English
- Basic understanding of technology and digital products.
- Professional and confident client-facing communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose solutions
- Willingness to learn and work with our team for technical support when needed.
Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-based earnings (typically 20% - Can be up to $2000 ~ $3000 per month)
- Fixed hourly rate: $20 per hour
- Current workload: approximately 2–3 hours per day, with 2–3 meetings daily
- Part-time role with expected growth in hours over time
