About the role
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in modern chatbot development to design, build, and optimize intelligent conversational systems. This role focuses on leveraging the latest advancements in large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and scalable AI infrastructure to create seamless, user-centric chatbot experiences.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Design and develop advanced chatbot and conversational AI systems using modern LLM frameworks
- Build and optimize prompt pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and multi-step agent workflows
- Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and safety
- Develop scalable backend systems to support real-time conversational applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions
- Monitor, debug, and continuously improve deployed chatbot systems
Required skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Strong experience with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models) and chatbot development frameworks
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and embeddings
- Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and conversational design principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agent-based systems and tool-using AI workflows
- Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and scaling strategies
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks or full-stack development
- Experience in building AI systems for real-world production environments
