About the role
We are looking for a software engineer who thrives in client-facing settings. You will represent our engineering team on live calls, explain technical tradeoffs clearly, and help partners reach decisions during U.S. Eastern (EST) business hours.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Lead and participate in technical discussions on client and partner calls
- Clarify requirements, constraints, and document decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on action items
- Keep discussions focused and outcome-oriented
Required skills
- 5+ years software development
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with web APIs and system design basics
- Comfortable speaking on video calls with stakeholders
