About the role
CultureMind is an Atlanta-based AI startup building chatbot solutions and AI-powered tools for children and families. We are planning to hire 10+ Customer Support guys to help communicate with prospective and current clients, understand their needs, and support our team in client meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable speaking with clients, and have a basic understanding of technology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone calls and meetings with customers
- Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
- Help answer general questions about our services and workflow.
- Support client communication before and after meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Required skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English
- Professional and confident client-facing communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose solutions
Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-based earnings (typically 30% - Can be up to $2000 ~ $3000 per month)
- Fixed hourly rate: $20 per hour
- Current workload: approximately 2–3 hours per day, with 2–3 meetings daily
- Part-time role with expected growth in hours over time
